ManpowerGroup client in Cincinnati is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to support the facilities team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, ensuring safety and reliability.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in maintenance, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with vendors and contractors. This is a contract-to-hire role based at 4665 Cornell Road, Cincinnati, OH.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.

As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Management team supporting building operations and maintenance services.
