Job summary

ManpowerGroup, based in Indianapolis, seeks a Mobile Maintenance Technician to join the maintenance operations team. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, a strong safety mindset, and readiness for after-hours emergencies.

You will support building systems maintenance and repairs across assigned facilities. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in building repair and maintenance, with ability to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Perform general interior maintenance, including HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, and kitchen equipment maintenance (meat grinder, cuber, meat saw, slicers, and more).
• Handle minor plumbing repairs as needed.
• Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts.
• Complete special tasks such as painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and other general maintenance assignments.

Our client, a facilities and equipment maintenance organization, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance operations group supporting assigned facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, and the drive to complete repairs efficiently and accurately—while staying ready for after-hours emergencies.

Job Title:Mobile Maintenance Technician

Location:Indianapolis, IN

Pay Range: $28 to $32 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment
• Perform general interior maintenance, including HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, and kitchen equipment maintenance (meat grinder, cuber, meat saw, slicers, and more)
• Handle minor plumbing repairs as needed

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid state driver’s license that you can maintain
• Minimum of one (1) year of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical (technical training program completion is desirable)
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and demonstrate mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening
