Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to support multiple client sites in the Columbus, OH area. You will travel between facilities to maintain and repair HVAC and building systems, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with commercial/industrial HVAC, EPA 608 Universal Certification, and at least two years of trade school education in HVAC or related fields.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial or industrial HVAC and building systems.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of trade school education in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical systems, or a related skilled trade.

Responsibilities

• Travel between multiple commercial facilities to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC and building systems.
• Inspect, maintain, calibrate, and repair HVAC equipment including associated mechanical and electrical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems including Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Life Safety, and Control systems.
• Monitor equipment performance, record operational readings, and make adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with outside contractors, maintain inventory and maintenance records, and ensure compliance with all safety standards.

Our client, a global leader in commercial real estate and facility management services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting multiple client sites throughout the Columbus area. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent time management skills, and a safety-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $36 - $39/hr

What's the Job?

• Travel between multiple commercial facilities to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC and building systems.
