CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Salt Lake City on a second shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and building system inspections across small to mid-size facilities. You’ll log work orders in a CMMS, support energy management, and ensure safety compliance.
The role emphasizes routine maintenance, collaboration with teams, and following established procedures under supervision. A strong foundation in HVAC and BAS is preferred.
As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
This role is Monday through Friday - SECOND SHIFT 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM will be completing general building maintenance, PM's and repairs as well as using a CMMS to write work orders. A solid understanding of HVAC and BAS functionality would be highly preferred. (No major repairs will be expected.)
