CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service small to mid-size buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose problems, and execute repairs across mechanical and electrical systems at assigned sites.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, physical ability to lift 50 lbs+, and proficiency with MS Office. A company vehicle, PPE, and tools are provided, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional on-call rotation.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
This position reports to the same location each morning and utilizes a company-provided vehicle to travel to various sites within the surrounding area to perform maintenance and repair work. As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully pass a background check, drug screening (including marijuana), motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and a pre-employment physical. CBRE provides a company vehicle with a gas card, uniforms, personal protective equipment (PPE), a company phone, tablet, and all tools necessary to perform the job.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with an on-call rotation of one week approximately every eight weeks.
