Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant building engineering/maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and safety systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals.
• Knowledge of building safety codes and maintenance standards.
• Good communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and tenant service requests.
• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire/life safety, security, roofing, sprinkler systems.
• Diagnose building system problems and perform minor emergency repairs.
• Read blueprints and manuals to support maintenance tasks.
• Document maintenance logs and report needs for parts or upgrades.
• Follow safety procedures and property standards.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule.
