Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance.
• Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• CPO Certification and EPA Section 608 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Engineer with maintenance problems.
• Meet daily with the Chief Engineer for work reports.
• Satisfy service requests promptly and efficiently.
