Job summary

Brightondale Senior Living, a Silvercrest Community, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily operations and maintain a safe, comfortable living environment for residents. You will perform preventive maintenance, assist with turnover, and work with the director to meet annual goals.

Preferred is 1-2 years in senior housing maintenance or as a handyman; a high school diploma or GED is required. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Senior Housing maintenance or as a handyman preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Play a pivotal role in diligently maintaining the physical plan and grounds
• Work with the Director to set annual goals and implement strategies to achieve them

• Actively communicate scheduled maintenance
• Assist the department directorwith tasks as assigned

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Senior Housing working in maintenance or as a handyman is preferred.
