Job summary

Building/Grounds/Maintenance Assistant

The BGM Assistant will be expected to perform the routine maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Teammate Expectations

• Willingness and ability to operate various types of equipment and tools.
• Willingness and ability to complete physical/manual labor when needed and per direction given.
• Willingness to do all that is needed or requested to maintain facilities, equipment, and operations in a safe, functional and quality manner.
• Must be self‑driven, team oriented, flexible and able to effectively deal with situations and problems as they arise.
