Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor and operate equipment.
• Carpentry and mechanical skills preferred.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Routine building, grounds, and equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Assist with farming duties / operations.
• Work with and get along with fellow teammates as needed.
• Maintain and repair facilities.
