Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting the maintenance department with general upkeep and repairs
• Supporting cleaning crews with janitorial and sanitation tasks throughout the building
• Helping construction or renovation teams as needed with light labor and material handling
• Responding to requests from various departments for general assistance and support
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
• Performing other duties as assigned based on the needs of the facility
