Job summary

Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead building envelope projects, starting with a flagship Charlotte project before nationwide relocation. You’ll oversee curtain wall and sheet metal work on major commercial schemes, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to meet milestones, budgets and safety standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in building envelope or related fields, strong organisation and communication skills, and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience as a Project Manager in building envelope, façade, curtain wall, glazing, or sheet metal
• Experience delivering commercial construction projects
• Strong organisation and communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial building envelope projects from pre-construction through completion
• Oversee sheet metal and glass curtain wall installation on major commercial projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and project schedules
• Report to two Project Executives, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards
• Initially based in Charlotte, NC before relocating to projects nationwide
