Responsibilities

• Manage commercial building envelope projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Oversee sheet metal and glass curtain wall installation on major commercial projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and project schedules.
• Report directly to two Project Executives, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
• Initially based in Charlotte, NC before relocating to projects across the United States as business needs require.

$100,000 - $120,000 Base + Bonus + Car Allowance + $3,000/month Per Diem + Relocation Assistance

The ideal candidate will have experience managing building envelope packages, particularly curtain wall and sheet metal installations, and be comfortable working on-site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
