Job summary

Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead building envelope projects, starting with a flagship Charlotte project before nationwide relocation. You’ll oversee curtain wall and sheet metal work on major commercial schemes, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to meet milestones, budgets and safety standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in building envelope or related fields, strong organisation and communication skills, and a willingness to travel

$100,000 - $120,000 Base + Bonus + Car Allowance + $3,000/month Per Diem + Relocation Assistance

You'll initially be based on a flagship project in Charlotte, North Carolina, before relocating to future projects nationwide, with a comprehensive relocation package and monthly per diem provided.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing building envelope packages, particularly curtain wall and sheet metal installations, and be comfortable working on-site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

THE PERSON

• 2-5 years' experience as a Project Manager within the building envelope, façade, curtain wall, glazing, or sheet metal industry.
• Experience delivering commercial construction projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple project stakeholders.
• Comfortable with extensive travel and relocating to project sites across the United States.
