Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited is recruiting a National Project Manager – Construction for a flagship Dallas, TX role, with initial project in Charlotte, NC. You will manage large-scale building envelope projects nationwide, coordinating sheet metal and curtain wall installs, sub-contractors, and client relationships.

The position offers a clear path to senior leadership, relocation assistance, monthly per diem, and potential share options as the company expands its national portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience as a Project Manager within building envelope, façade, curtain wall, glazing, or sheet metal.
• Experience delivering commercial construction projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and relocate.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial building envelope projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Oversee sheet metal and glass curtain wall installation on major commercial projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and project schedules.
• Report directly to two Project Executives, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
• Initially based in Charlotte, NC before relocating to projects across the United States as business needs require.
