Job summary

Unknown Client, a leading employee-owned façade contractor in the United States, seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex curtain wall and exterior enclosure projects from preconstruction through completion.

You will be the primary interface among internal teams, clients, general contractors, vendors, and field operations, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing curtain wall, glazing, façade, or exterior enclosure projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction project delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and address cost variances relating to labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and manage change orders, claims, and project billing.
• Support collections and financial performance reviews.
• Lead one or more façade construction projects from award to closeout.
• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, procurement, and field teams.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and project reviews.
• Resolve project challenges and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams.
• Oversee material procurement and subcontractor engagement.
• Review vendor proposals for cost and schedule compliance.
• Ensure purchasing activities align with project objectives and budgets.

Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned façade and curtain wall projects from preconstruction through completion.
