Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Project Manager to lead glazing system projects from award to completion. You will coordinate customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure on-time delivery and accurate scope alignment with design requirements.

The role requires at least 5 years in curtain wall project management, deep knowledge of glazing, and strong communication skills. A degree in construction, design, or engineering is preferred, with proficiency in Excel, Project, Word,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the curtain wall industry.
• Strong grasp of glazing systems, field installation, and product fabrication.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, design, or engineering (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Word; familiar with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of architectural and structural drawings and project specifications.
• Ability to define scope accurately and manage complex multi-product projects.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing various project scopes, including engineering, storefronts, curtain walls, operable windows, doors, unitized systems, skylights, and glass.
• Maintain seamless communication with customers and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the project scope is consistent with quotes and design needs
• Develop and maintain a detailed schedule of deliverables based on project timelines and keep organized and comprehensive records of all project-related documents
