Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in commercial building maintenance or related field.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and work orders.
• Safety-conscious with tools handling experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Respond to tenant service requests with professional, customer-focused support.
• Maintain appearance and operations to JLL standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and review service specifications.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean work areas.
