Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant service requests and complete work orders in CMMS on time.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment and systems.
• Operate and monitor building management systems to optimize energy and performance.
• Inspect safety equipment and ensure code compliance with documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and projects.
