Qualifications

• Must have Journeyman Credentials.
• Must have an EAP 608 Universal Certification or Electrical Certification.
• 5-7 years of experience in O&M, construction or building engineering roles.
• High school diploma or vocational or trade school/college required.
• Strong knowledge of Work Order Control and CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, maintenance and repair of building mechanical systems.
• HVAC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Electrical work including re-lamping and breaker resets.
• Plumbing and café/kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Manage elevators, fire safety devices and UPSs.
