Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Building Engineer I to maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in a 100% in‑office role in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to tenant requests, and support senior engineers in safety and operations during standard hours.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of related experience, appropriate licenses, and familiarity with BAS.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of job-related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
• Licenses required per local/state/national requirements; CFC certification preferred.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, BAS operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems.
• Address tenant service requests and respond to emergencies on-call.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and elevate issues when needed.
• Maintain records of inspections and equipment performance.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE per OSHA/NFC/NFPA standards.
