ECS Group of Companies in Williamsburg, VA, seeks a Building Enclosure Project Associate to join our Mid-Atlantic Building Science & Infrastructure team. You will perform testing, inspections, and consulting on building enclosure systems to ensure quality and code compliance.

Responsibilities include site observations, interpreting drawings, drafting CAD when needed, and developing testing protocols. You will assist with project budgets, change orders, and client meetings as part of a

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in building enclosure consulting, testing, or design review.
• Licensure or certification (P.E., RA, IIBEC certs) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform building science and infrastructure testing, inspections, and consulting.
• Inspect roofing and building enclosure systems on site.
• Interpret drawings and assist CAD drafting when needed.
• Develop testing protocols and interpret results; propose corrective actions.
• Support forensic assessments, commissioning, and investigations.
• Coordinate with clients, staff, and management on multiple projects.
