ECS is seeking a Building Enclosure Project Associate to join our Southwest Building Science + Infrastructure team in Oklahoma City. You will support enclosure consulting projects through field investigations, testing, and reporting, collaborating with experienced engineers to evaluate performance and deliver practical solutions for diverse facilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Architecture (NCARB).
• 2+ years of related experience with building enclosure consulting, including field investigations, testing, commissioning (BECx), design review, or forensic assessments.
• Licenses/certs preferred: PE, RA, IIBEC (RRC/RWC/REWC/RBEC/CBECxP) or BECxP/CxA+BE.

Responsabilidades

• Support building enclosure consulting projects through field investigations, testing, and report preparation.
• Perform site observations and inspections of roofing and enclosure systems; interpret drawings and plans.
• Develop testing protocols, perform enclosure testing, and interpret results with recommendations.
• Assist with forensic assessments, commissioning activities, and peer review of specs and submittals.
• Contribute to design reviews and repair design for envelope components; maintain familiarity with IBC/ASHRAE/ASTM/CSI.
• Coordinate with clients, field staff, and senior managers; assist with proposals, budgets, and invoices.
• Prepare clear technical reports and ensure documentation meets professional standards.
• Support with project management and junior staff mentorship.
