Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in building construction or inspection.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a governmental agency.
• Possession of a valid California driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Building Inspector(s) and Plans Examiner(s).
• Enforce building codes and regulations.
• Prepare and administer the Building Division budget.
