• Experience with JCI software programming
• Experience integrating low voltage subsystems using protocols like LON, BACnet
• Ability to relate technical knowledge to non-technical audience
• Advanced computer skills, drafting tools
• Ability to travel regularly

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and operate complete building control systems including fire, security, and other low voltage subsystems
• Accountable to field teams for quality, timeliness, and efficiency of designs; develop software and commissioning plans
• Provide submittals and communicate design/operation to customers, field teams, and subcontractors
• Create drawings, BOMs, network layouts, and electrical schematics
• Coordinate drawings, equipment schedules, and material orders
• Coordinate factory-mounting processes to meet project schedules
• Assist in loading, commissioning, validation, and training
• Lead site visits and provide as-built documentation and changes
