Job summary

Schneider Electric in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Systems Technician I to support onsite construction projects, validate and commission systems, troubleshoot issues, and manage databases. You’ll collaborate with internal and external teams, coordinate subcontractors, and contribute to project documentation while applying Building Automation concepts and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Associates degree in related fields (EE, EET, Computer Science, ME, HVAC), or related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and customer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Access, Power Point
  • Basic understanding of networks
  • Good conceptual aptitude
  • Good understanding or desire to pursue career in Building Automation. (HVAC, Access Control, CCTV, or other building systems).
  • Product or Industry knowledge is highly desired.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 54,400 - USD 81,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
