Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation seeks a Sales Solutions Executive for Automated Logic in the Eastern Massachusetts area. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets while visiting clients locally to develop business opportunities.

You will communicate value propositions of BAS/ALC offerings, navigate sales cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals. This position requires a driver’s license and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints is not stated; focus on sales aspects.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned territory and group of accounts.
• Achieve or exceed annual sales and gross margin targets.
• Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with assigned accounts.
• Position Automated Logic (ALC) as the preferred basis of building automation design.
• Perform take-offs and bid projects with the full spectrum of ALC offerings.
• Design project specifications and tailor ALC proposals to match building specifications.
• Collaborate with external customers and internal staff to deliver quality results.
