Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new BAS business opportunities in commercial/industrial markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, contractors, and facility managers.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and cost estimates.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close and handoff to operations.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
