Job summary
Jobot is seeking a Building Automation Project Sales Representative in Las Vegas, NV to blend technical insight with consultative selling. You will investigate how each building operates, uncover pain points, and craft retrofit or upgrade strategies to improve comfort, efficiency, and sustainability.
Work closely with engineers, estimators, and field teams to translate concepts into scopes, budgets, and winning proposals.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with HVAC, BAS, mechanical, or electrical systems.
- 4+ years of success in solution or consultative sales with proven relationship-building skills.
- Ability to read plans, evaluate job-site conditions, and translate findings into practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate new and existing client relationships and maintain a robust $8-10M sales pipeline.
- Assess HVAC and BAS drawings, specs, and site conditions to develop retrofit or replacement scopes.
- Prepare estimates, pricing, and persuasive proposals that articulate technical and financial value.
- Present solutions, handle objections, and align stakeholders around energy-saving benefits.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, service, and construction teams to ensure seamless project hand-off.
- Track activities in CRM, forecast revenue, and achieve or exceed annual booking targets.
