Entech Sales & Service in Dallas seeks a Building Automation Programmer/BMS Engineer to design, deploy and support control logic for BAS projects.

You will collaborate with project engineers, field technicians and IT teams to optimize HVAC systems and building performance while maintaining safety and reliability.

The position is hands-on, fast-paced, with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in BAS programming on EcoStruxure Building Operation, Niagara, Tridium or similar platforms.
• Proficient in logic programming (Plain English, scripting, ladder logic, or Python).
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, chilled water plants, VAVs and related control sequences.
• Experience with BACnet, Modbus, and IP networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and support control system logic, graphics, and integration protocols for complex BAS projects.
• Collaborate with project engineers, field technicians, commissioning agents, and IT/cybersecurity teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Hands-on role focused on quality, reliability, and continuous performance improvement.
