Qualifications

• 7+ years in building automation, controls, or related field
• Strong understanding of BAS, DDC systems, and system integration
• Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering projects
• Ability to read control diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities

Responsibilities

• Own BAS revenue, margin, and backlog targets
• Lead and close high-value automation opportunities
• Develop strategic account plans and pursue new markets
• Oversee project execution, timelines, budgets, and quality
• Coach and develop BAS engineers, programmers, and technicians
• Maintain forecasts, pipelines, and CRM data
• Ensure safety standards and company processes
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams
• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships
