Job summary

Building Automaton Contractor is seeking a Senior Controls Specialist to join our Memphis team. You will program, configure, and commission BAS/controls across commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare facilities, integrating HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management.

The role requires 5+ years of BAS/DDC experience with strong HVAC control sequences, proficiency in BACnet/Modbus/LonWorks, and the ability to mentor junior technicians while collaborating with project managers and

Qualifications

5+ years BAS / DDC experience with HVAC control sequences.
Familiar with integration protocols BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks.
Proficient in commissioning, programming, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Program, configure, and commission BAS/controls systems (Siemens or comparable platforms).
Lead system integrations involving HVAC, lighting, access control, and dashboards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex DDC controls issues.
Develop and implement graphics, dashboards, and reports for end users.
Mentor junior technicians and provide project team guidance.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to deliver quality projects.
Provide customer training and technical support.
