Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience servicing electronic control or HVAC equipment.
• Electro-mechanical experience and PC/software skills.
• Ability to work in ladders, ducts, roofs, and varied environments.
• Must lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and use hand tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willing to work overtime and be on call on a rotation.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license; eligible for fleet program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and RAM Digital Service Center personnel.
• Follow safety requirements and complete required training.
• Follow policies and coordinate with contractors on job sites; maintain tools and equipment.
• Support after hours during on-call; respond to service calls and perform repairs on automation systems.
• Complete service ticket documentation and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Document services performed and generate reports in Siemens tools.
• Provide instructions to customer personnel on proper system operations and training.
• Identify discrepancies, suggest upgrade opportunities, and assist in pricing repairs.
• Assist in system checkout and startup on projects; perform turnover activities.
• Work overtime as needed and participate in on-call rotations.
