Job summary

Siemens Austin is seeking a Service Specialist to perform assigned tasks on building automation systems, including service maintenance, projects, and on-call service, with a focus on helping customers save energy and money while promoting a sustainable future.

You will work with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, RAM Digital Service Center, and must follow safety rules, complete training, and document service tickets and reports to ensure accurate project closure and accountability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience servicing electronic control or HVAC equipment
• Electro-mechanical experience and user PC/software skills
• Willingness to work in various conditions including ladders, ducts, and crawl spaces
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and devices
• Willing to work overtime and have a valid driver's license for Siemens fleet program
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, and RAM Digital Service Center
• Follow safety requirements and complete required training
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and service documentation
• Respond to emergencies and provide on-site repairs for various automation systems
• Generate service reports and keep customer training records
