Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and RAM Digital Service Center personnel.
• Follow safety requirements and complete mandatory training.
• Maintain documentation of services performed and generate reports.
• Provide customer training on system operations and upgrades as needed.
• Support after-hours on-call rotation and travel as required.
