Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Service Specialist to support our building automation systems in the Pelham, AL region. You will execute digitalization and standard service operations, collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and RAM Digital Service Center personnel, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations to respond to emergency service calls as needed.

You will be responsible for completing service ticket documentation, maintaining preventive maintenance

Qualifications

1+ years of experience servicing electronic control or HVAC equipment.
Electro-mechanical experience and PC/software skill.
Ability and willingness to work in various circumstances (ladders, ducts, crawl spaces, roofs, basements).
Must be able to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet; lift up to 75 pounds.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and eligible for Siemens fleet vehicle program.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
