Qualifications

• Electro-mechanical experience and PC/software skills.
• Must be able to use laptop, email, smartphone and tablet.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability and willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers and RAM Digital Service Center.
• Follow safety requirements and complete required training.
• Coordinate with contractors on job sites and maintain tools/equipment.
• Support after hours during on-call rotation and respond to service calls.
• Complete service ticket documentation and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide customer training and report system discrepancies.
• Assist in pricing repairs and upgrades; perform system checkout and startup.
