CBRE is seeking a Software Engineer to perform master systems integration of building management systems and to build control databases and interfaces. You will provide on-site and remote support for installers and customers, and participate in commissioning and testing of control applications.
The role involves traveling up to 50% of the year and collaborating with project teams to meet design specifications and proposals. A strong knowledge of BMS and related protocols is essential.

- Must possess knowledge in multiple building systems and protocols.
- Experience applying standards to solve moderately complex problems.
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge is expected.

- Create complex programming using flow diagrams, sequences of operations and panel layouts.
- Program control applications with various software tools.
- Site checkout, commissioning and testing of control applications.
- Ensure operation aligns with project specs and design docs.
- Develop system graphics displays per project proposals.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to installers and customers.
- Diagnose, evaluate and troubleshoot advanced system issues.
