Job summary

Cerris Systems in Reno, NV is seeking a driven sales/business development professional to grow our end-user client base in building automation. You will own the full sales process from lead generation to closing, while collaborating with mechanical and electrical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Construction Management, or related studies preferred.
• Three years related experience in sales, construction, or technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with Mechanical Contractors and General Contractors to win work.
• Lead the full sales process from lead generation to closing activities.
• Provide technical advice and layout projects as basis of design for new builds.
• Provide recommendations for consultants and design-build contracts.
• Write proposals based on MEP plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to create cost-effective proposals.
• Maintain involvement post-sale with operations and client follow-up.
• Create and implement account management plans.
