Job summary

Arch City Window is seeking a driven Trade Sales Representative to develop and manage builder and contractor accounts in Missouri. The role focuses on business development, blueprint take-offs, order generation, and account management within the builder market.

Some travel is required. The compensation includes a base salary of $70,000 plus a 3% commission on total collected revenue, with on-target earnings of $95,000–$115,000+ and potential to exceed $150,000.

Qualifications

• Strong motivation to develop builder/contractor accounts.
• Ability to read construction blueprints and translate to take-offs.
• Experience in field sales or business development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders and trade partners.
• Grow assigned Missouri territory with new opportunities.
• Read blueprints to perform accurate window/door take-offs.
• Prepare quotes aligned with pricing/margins.
• Convert estimates into confirmed orders with sign-offs.
• Coordinate with Production/Warehouse for timely orders.
• Maintain CRM documentation in Pipedrive.
• Travel to job sites and builder offices as needed.
