Job summary

Soniq Windows and Doors SLC is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to build relationships with builders, architects, and designers, guiding them through our premium window and door solutions. This in-person role emphasizes autonomy, mentorship for new grads, and a structured ramp-up to quickly develop trade knowledge and client-facing presence.

The position offers a base salary of $60,000–$75,000 plus uncapped commissions, with average first-year earnings of about $75,000–$150,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in construction, building materials, or related industries.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to simplify technical information.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Territory Ownership: Build and grow a base of builder, architect, and designer partners and generate qualified leads.
• Trade Relationship Building: Meet with design professionals to understand project needs and present tailored solutions.
• Proposal & Quote Development: Deliver accurate, polished proposals aligned with project requirements.
• Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor through the sales cycle from first meeting to post-install follow-up.
• Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends to position Soniq as the premier choice.
• Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals and maintain a strong pipeline.
