Job summary

Reece USA is hiring a Builder Support Representative Level I to aid the Outside Builder Sales team. You will solve issues, track orders, create orders, and manage backorders while coordinating with writers and customers by phone or email.

You will also schedule deliveries, assist with billing discrepancies, and enter Service Now tickets to resolve maintenance or technical issues. This full-time role requires onsite presence in Tempe, AZ.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher.
• 1+ years in a customer service role for a complex sales cycle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist Outside Builder Sales team in the sales cycle and order tasks.
• Manage backorders, schedule deliveries, and communicate ETAs.
• Enter tickets and handle billing discrepancies as needed.
• Provide post-sale service and follow up within 1 business day.
• Maintain product knowledge for showroom and plumbing lines.
• Communicate clearly with customers, writers, and vendors.
