Job summary

Clayton Home Building Group seeks a Customer Success Manager to bridge customers with home building facilities, driving value-added services and sustainable growth. You will train customers to optimize product quality, inventory management, and sales processes while enhancing the overall customer experience.

The role emphasizes market understanding, relationship-building, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver world-class service and referrals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; preference for business, sales, economics, marketing, math or similar majors that require data-based decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 3+ years of work experience in Sales, Marketing Research, Market Intelligence, or Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Create market and product strategy by studying markets, market share, and growth in assigned territories.
• Execute sales and sales growth in assigned markets to supply facilities with budgeted production run rate.
• Develop understanding of target audiences – attitudes, behaviors, needs, and opportunities for engagement.
• Manage knowledge of products, merchandising, inventory management, and promotions; adjust as needed.
• Elevate housing perceptions through customer focus.
