Schell Brothers Nashville Division is seeking an energetic and positive Customer Care Team Member (Warranty Representative) to interact closely with homeowners and trade partners, delivering an exceptional warranty experience.

The role focuses on timely, quality service work and a strong emphasis on communication, organization, and collaboration within the team. Eligible for performance bonus and a company vehicle.

Schell Brothers Nashville Division is looking for an energetic and positive Customer Care Team Member (Warranty Representative) who has the ability and desire to interact closely with our customers to provide an exceptional warranty experience.

Customer Care Team Members get an opportunity to interact with homeowners and trade partners daily to ensure timely and quality service work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
• Comfortable with technology and proficient with MS Office Products.
• Positive and caring attitude.
• Outgoing, professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to collaborate with other Team Members.
