Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking a sales-focused professional to prospect, quote, and close product installations for homebuilders across our territory. You will coordinate with General Managers and Regional VPs, manage builder relationships, and develop strategies to grow the builder business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years proven success in sales and marketing, homebuilders preferred.
• Ability to compile numbers, interpret data, and present in reports.
• Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, quoting and closing product installations with homebuilders.
• Coordinate builder sales and marketing with GMs, Region Managers and VPs.
• Develop and execute a builder sales and marketing strategy.
• Manage builder relationships and drive growth in the territory.
• Prepare sales and activity reports and projections.
