Job summary

Cosentino is seeking a Builder Sales Manager in Denver, CO to lead sales and marketing for assigned builder accounts. You will build relationships with builders, fabricators and designers, drive product demand, and coordinate with the sales team to execute strategy across Bath Collection, Tiles and Shower Kits.

The role requires 4+ years in builder sales, 2+ years cross-level collaboration, and 1+ year of business development, with strong CRM and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in the builder industry
• 2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects
• 1+ year of business development
• Experience with customer databases and CRM systems is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase builder-related sales in the territory
• Build and grow relationships with builders, fabricators, designers and purchasing teams
• Drive product demand for Bath Collection, Tiles, Flooring and Shower Kits
• Spend majority of time with Builders on job sites and HQs to secure opportunities
• Collaborate with GM and Sales Team to implement business strategy for the region
• Support annual sales and marketing planning for the segment
