Aon is seeking a Builder’s Risk Strategic Lead for its Risk, Insight, Strategy & Claims (RISC) team. You will steer claims insight and coverage expertise across complex construction programs, guiding client strategy from pre-placement through loss.

You will operate at the intersection of placement, claims, and advisory, engaging clients early to shape program plans and elevate Aon’s market differentiation. Leadership in multi-line collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Builder’s Risk coverage and complex construction projects.
• Strong claims strategy or advocacy background preferred.
• Proven ability to advise and influence senior client decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and claims advisory for Builder’s Risk on complex projects and portfolios.
• Define claims strategy, risk approach, and coverage philosophy for key clients.
• Engage early with clients to influence insurer selection and program structure.
• Integrate claims insights into placement decisions to improve loss outcomes.
• Partner with leadership to align strategy and execution across risk, placement, and claims.
