Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a senior claims leader to guide the Construction & Infrastructure Claims Team across complex portfolios. You will drive strategic coordination, risk management, and high-level execution for client accounts, leading a nationwide practice with executive exposure.

Responsibilities include mentoring senior staff, overseeing coverage advocacy, and partnering with clients, carriers, and counsel to optimize outcomes while maintaining service excellence and program integrity.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction claims or complex commercial casualty; leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex client and carrier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational direction for the C&I Claims Team.
• Mentor Account Executives and SMEs to strengthen technical expertise and service delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, TPAs, defense counsel, and vendors for effective claim management.
• Oversee large loss monitoring, reserve changes, and strategic intervention when needed.
