TLC Windows and Doors is seeking a Project Manager-Operations to guide the customer experience from operations through completion. You will coordinate with builders, schedule installations, and ensure timelines and quality through site visits, verifications, and post-inspections.

Lead the OV process, manage site readiness, and document activities in Salesforce and Company Cam while aligning with policy requirements and cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of project management experience in construction or building materials.
• Strong builder relationships and coordination of site-based activities.
• Familiarity with order verification, inspection standards, and timeline mgmt.
• Driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain builder relationships as primary liaison.
• Conduct site visits to confirm timelines and LRDs.
• Lead Order Verification (OV) execution including on-site checks.
• Perform pre-installation and post-installation inspections.
• Assist in installation scheduling and oversee process.
• Serve as builder point of contact through project completion.
• Collaborate with schedulers, coordinators, and installation managers.
• Document activities in Salesforce and Company Cam with tags.
• Adhere to policies including mixed installation coding and inspections.
