Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking a Project Manager, Field Operations to lead builder projects from quote through final invoicing in a fast-paced setting. You will serve as the operational liaison among builder customers, sales, scheduling, dispatch, installation teams, and other partners.

The role requires coordinating schedules, ensuring quality, resolving issues, and driving projects to completion with timely communication across teams in the Atlanta market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
• 1–3 years of builder project management or related field experience.
• Experience coordinating builder customers and multiple stakeholders preferred.
• Knowledge of schedules, quality-control, and closeout requirements.
• Willingness to learn new technology and processes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel in the Atlanta area.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned builder projects from transition to invoicing.
• Coordinate with builder customers, outside/inside sales, scheduling and teams to maintain alignment.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, timelines, materials readiness, milestones.
• Confirm information, selections, measurements, orders, and installation details before progress.
• Monitor quality and installation performance; document outcomes and corrective actions.
• Conduct site visits to verify work meets customer expectations and standards.
• Identify risks and drive escalation and resolution.
• Keep stakeholders informed of status, changes, decisions, next steps.
• Maintain accurate project data in CRM, ERP, Dispatch Track and systems.
• Coordinate punch-list, closeout activities prior to invoicing.
